VI-SPDAT assessment for persons experiencing domestic violence. Others needing VI-SPDAT assessment are referred to agencies within the region that may be able to provide services.
Description
Provides local coordinated entry system where persons experiencing homelessness are identified, triaged (via common assessment tool VI-SPDAT) and prioritized for available HUD funded Continuum of Care (CoC) or Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG) permanent housing program resources.
